Kosher salt vs table salt

You can see, feel and taste the difference between Diamond Crystal kosher salt and table salt. 

Diamond Crystal kosher salt has light, flaky crystals compared to the more dense cubes of table salt. Because of those attributes, there is greater surface coverage with the flake salt compared to table salt.
