Spiced Pecans

A Wonderful Fall/Winter Treat.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound Pecan Halves
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt
  • 4 ounces dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat an oven to 350°
  2. Combine the spices and the maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Add the pecans and stir to coat.
  4. Place the pecans on a parchment paper lined sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and stir.
  7. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Stir to separate and cool completely.
  10. Add cranberries and toss to blend.
