Quick and healthy grilled chicken recipe
Servings: Serves 4
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt (or add to taste)
Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates
Dip chicken in lemon juice sprinkling with onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley
Cook on grill for 10-15 minutes per side or an internal temperature of 165 degrees
