Servings: Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

½ cup lemon juice

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt (or add to taste)

Ground Black Pepper to taste

2 teaspoons dried parsley


 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates

  2. Dip chicken in lemon juice sprinkling with onion powder, salt, pepper and parsley

  3. Cook on grill for 10-15 minutes per side or an internal temperature of 165 degrees
