DIY Salsa

A quick, easy and fresh salsa for entertaining

Servings: Serves 10

Total time: 5-10 Minutes

 

 

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup of chopped white onion

5 Large tomatoes diced (2 cups total diced)

3 tablespoons chopped and fresh cilantro

2 teaspoons chopped jalapenos (for less spice take out the seeds)

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 ¼ teaspoons fresh squeezed lime juice

¾ teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt (or add to taste)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. If you prefer a smoother salsa texture, split off half of the batch into a food processor and blend. Then re-combine with remaining half.
  3. Cover tightly and store in the fridge. Salsa will stay fresh for up to 5 days. Great for preparing ahead of time!
